Postal Delays

I am lucky enough to be able to walk to my local post office, so can still process all orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately though, due to the current situation there are some delays with the postal service.

I use Royal Mail for all orders and obtain ‘proof of postage’ each time a package is dispatched, but I’m afraid I can’t guarantee how long orders will take to arrive during these difficult times.

The Royal Mail are doing an amazing job delivering in the UK, but I think due to staff shortages and extra workload, things are taking a little longer than usual.

If your order is urgent, do please select the Special Delivery Option as I know this service will definitely get priority.
